1. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling an inspection, requesting a written estimate, or engaging 21st Century Waterproofing for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all residential and commercial customers served by 21st Century Waterproofing, owned and operated by William Kleeberg, throughout Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and surrounding service areas in California.
2. Services Provided
21st Century Waterproofing provides the following professional services:
- Basement Waterproofing
- Deck Waterproofing
- Balcony Waterproofing
- Concrete Crack Injection & Repair
- Silicone Roof Coatings
- Elastomeric Stucco Coatings
- Expansion Joint Caulking & Sealing
All services are performed by licensed, trained, and experienced crew members using quality materials suited to the climate and conditions of Southern California’s Inland Empire and desert communities.
3. Free Property Inspection
21st Century Waterproofing offers a complimentary property inspection with no obligation to proceed. The inspection is conducted by an experienced team member who will assess your foundation, drainage, walls, and all areas of potential water intrusion. The inspection does not constitute a guarantee or warranty of any kind and is provided solely to help the property owner understand their situation. We reserve the right to decline scheduling an inspection at our sole discretion.
4. Written Estimates & Pricing
All work is preceded by a detailed written estimate outlining the scope of work and associated costs. No work will begin without your written authorization. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes after the estimate is accepted. There are no hidden fees — any changes to the original scope will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before additional work is performed.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate. Full payment is due upon satisfactory completion of all work unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the start of the project.
6. Warranty
Upon completion of every project, 21st Century Waterproofing provides warranty documentation during the final walkthrough. The warranty period and coverage vary depending on the type of service and materials used and will be clearly communicated prior to the start of work. Warranties are non-transferable and apply to the original property and customer only. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by third-party work, property modifications made after project completion, acts of nature, or failure to follow recommended maintenance guidance provided at the final walkthrough.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible outcome, customers agree to:
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to the property and all relevant areas during inspection and project work.
- Disclose any known conditions, prior repairs, or pre-existing damage that may be relevant to the work.
- Follow all post-service maintenance recommendations provided during the final walkthrough.
- Notify 21st Century Waterproofing promptly of any concerns following project completion.
8. Limitation of Liability
21st Century Waterproofing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from water intrusion issues that existed prior to our engagement, conditions not disclosed at the time of inspection, or factors outside the scope of the agreed-upon work. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule a free inspection at any time at no charge. For scheduled project work, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the start date. Cancellation of work already in progress may result in charges for labor performed and materials ordered or purchased on your behalf.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from services provided by 21st Century Waterproofing shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
11. Changes to These Terms
21st Century Waterproofing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website at 21stcenturywaterproofing.com. Continued engagement with our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
